Microsoft's Connected Systems Technologies

BizTalk : A key server in Microsoft's overall Service Oriented Platform

ESB Toolkit : A flexible, loosely coupled and generic framework for implementing an Enterprise Service Bus on top of BizTalk Server 2009

Managed Services Engine : The Managed Services Engine (MSE) is one approach to facilitating Enterprise SOA through service virtualization. Built upon the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and the Microsoft Server Platform, the MSE was developed by Microsoft Services as we helped customers address the challenges of SOA in the enterprise.

Azure .NET Services : The Microsoft .NET Service Bus makes it easy to connect applications together over the Internet. Services that register on the Bus can easily be discovered and accessed, across any network topology.

Dublin : Microsoft is enhancing Windows Server’s application server role with a set of extensions codenamed “Dublin”. “Dublin” extends Internet Information Services (IIS) and provides an easy-to-manage platform for developing, deploying and reliably hosting middle-tier WCF/WF services.

Oslo : "Oslo" is the code name for a set of future Microsoft modeling technologies that provide significant productivity gains across the lifecycle of .NET applications by enabling developers, architects, and IT professionals to work together more effectively.
